Art Under The Oaks
It’s Art Under the Oaks time again!
Mark your calendars for Saturday April 2nd, 9-4pm., (rain date April 3rd.)Vendor booths available for $125 for a 10 x 10 space or $225 for 2 spaces. Keep in mind 100% goes to ALL4PAWS animal rescue. Once we get all of the forms in (by March 1st), you will get another email with your booth assignment and further instructions approx. 2 weeks prior to the event. (Checks will be held til 4-1-22)
We will be taking payment in advance this time, so please bring your entry fee along with the this downloadable form to our store or mail it to: Seaside Framing @ 115 Willbrook Blvd., Unit N, Pawleys Island, 29585. PLEASE make checks payable to ALL4PAWS (not Seaside Framing). We are also asking for a donation for the raffle the day of (optional). 100% of the money raised from the raffle goes to the ALL4PAWS.

As usual there will be food and a variety of new vendors, and a few new additional surprises. (any ideas are welcome) This show fills up quickly! We were at capacity with 65 exhibitors last year. Due to so many requests, we are trying to add more spots.
These are the reasons you may NOT get accepted:
A. Your form doesn’t get in on time. (Due date March, 1st)
B. Your art submission doesn’t pass the jurying process. No need to submit if you have been accepted in previous years. (If you are a newbie please email me photos at Chrisjohn@cjpix.com)
C. NOT following the rules, like tearing down early or NOT moving your car after set-up. These rules are strictly enforced. We only had to un-invite one bad actor last year. So,thank you for following the rules.Moving your vehicle is SO IMPORTANT for a few reasons. Patrons pull in and pull right out if they see there aren’t any parking spots. Also, Eggs up needs spots to conduct business, this also brings us foot traffic. We know this because Eggs Up does exceptional when we have our show.
Be sure to tell all of your friends and family to come out to support you AND a great cause, so lets get the word out early.
